The weight of the preform is 700g, the preform is designed for returnable five gallon PET bottles (19.8L PET bottle). cycle time is 120 Sec with general PET screw type of injection molding machine. Recommend to work with 3 stage post cooling system, it will reduce the cycle time significantly.
