Brief introduction:
Mega Machinery launches the newest linear automatic blow molding machine, bottle molder in 2006. This seires of machine was designed by two principles which are to lower the running cost for the customers and it is designed to be operated easy. MG-SS Series blow molding machine helps you to get the highest performance for your competitive bottling market, it reduces your engergy bill by up to 30 % with maximum output of 1600BPH. Thanks to our president Mr. Cai Yunsen brought the idea of the separating system and blocks units for MG-SS series.

* PLC controller
MG-SS series PET blow molding machines adopt famouse Delta controller system. It integrates self-diagnosis program, all of warning information will be shown through the friendly touched interface with alarm system. Also the controller shows the actual blowing speed during production. |

* Cast mold platen with toggle clamping unit
cast mold platens last serving life, and enhances the stability of the machine. Engineering software analyzed and optimized clamping system makes sure the fast moving speed and high clamping force. Also an additional high pressure aid system is equipped, ensures perfect clamping result. |

* Infrared heating system
Zoned and layered heating system with advanced venting unit keep temperature accuracy and uniformity, it is the key for the high quality plastic bottles. Lamps also could be adjusted horizontally and vertically at special designed lamp stander, it ensure to meet different type of preforms. |

* Stretching system
Doubled stretching unit is equipped ensure the fast stretching speed, and longer stretching stroke. Linear motion guides provide the smooth movement and less frication. |
* Patented Separating system
The patented separating system make the preform adopters 120mm apart at blowing station by mechanical device and also improves the moving speed. |

* Preform feeding & bottle discharging system
Famous brand pneumatic parts guarantee machines reliable performance and long serving life. Linear motion guides improve the moving speed. Special designed grip units allow to be changed easy. |
