Dear Sir,
I need to buy a injection mould features of which are as listed.
Material to be moulded -- PET (transparent)
PET processing temp. ---- 270 to 290 degree centigrade
Product ------------------------ Test tube (small size & long size)
Type-- --------------------------- full hot runner type
Permissible mould size---- to suit L&T 150 tonnes moulding machine max. distance between tie bars 500X500 mm, mould height min. 200mm & maximum 450 mm.
No. of cavities reqd. -------- 24 cavities
Production reqt. in 8 hrs.--- 30000 pcs. or max. possible as per design parameters of mould.
pl. provide me with a most reasonable quotation so that we can start discussing further minute details.
Pl. do not hesitate to ask for additional details you require for prerparing the quotation for the mould i want to get made.
pl. also send a list of companies & clients to whom you have supplied the mould as well as your company profile.
