MG-S series automatic stretch blow molding machine is designed on the base of MG-PET series stretch blow molding machine, stretch blow molders, stretch blow moulders. Compared with the MG series, MG-S series separate the baking tunnel and blowing unit with a result of speedy blowing and higher output. As a linear stretch blow molding machine, its blowing speed can be measured up to the international standard with the capacity of 1500BPH with one cavity and 4300BPH with four cavities. MG-S adopts four-plate clamping unit so that improves the blowing speed and bottle output. MG-S4500 can produce 1300 bottles more than MG-3500's at an hour. MG-S is controlled by PLC to keep the machine run smoothly and safely.
